The McPherson Touring guitar is a ¾-sized travel guitar that delivers a big sound in a small package. Though it is smaller than a standard acoustic, McPherson’s Offset Soundhole Technology, Cantilevered Neck, and unique bracing allow the soundboard to vibrate efficiently. The result is a full-bodied sound from a small, portable guitar. Pack it in the overhead bin, on the bus, or anywhere space is tight. With outstanding volume, warmth and dynamic range, the Touring is the perfect travel companion, yet suited for the stage or studio.
SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM
All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup tailored to your individual tuning and string gauge preferences, if available. Our setups always include action, intonation, trem angle, and truss rod adjustments. If needed, we smooth out fret edges, address any nut or bridge shim issues, polish the frets, and condition the fingerboard. All work is completed by our experienced tech team who understand what today's players want from their instruments. If not otherwise requested our techs will setup each instrument to a comfortable medium/low action with minimal truss rod relief dependent on the instrument style.
