Ibanez Studio ST8 8 String Bass Active Electronics 1980's [Used]

Super, super rare Ibanez 8 String bass with very early active electronics. Includes Original hard case. This sounds like no other bass you've ever heard.

Minor nicks and scratches but is overall in very good condition, especially considering it's age.

The hardware is brass so it has some mild oxidation.

The neck is great, it has been setup and maintained by our tech.

Frets and fretboard are good.

Electronics crackle when you turn the knobs. They just need to be used so the dust is cleaned out, most likely.

The serial is C803037.

It's a 40 year old bass so it's not perfect in any way but it's very good overall. At this heavily discounted of a price it's a killer deal!
