SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR LUTHIER

Tech Notes: Guitar and Hardware were cleaned/inspected and are functioning appropriately. Setup with D'Addario 12 - 53 gauge strings. The neck angle is low, however the first positions of the guitar plays very comfortably. Great for someone playing mostly open chords and lower position bar chords with medium to high action farther up the neck. The action measures 10/64" on the low E over the 12th fret, and 7/64" on the high E over the 12th fret. The neck relief measures in right at .010". Neck is straight with little to no room to lower the saddle. There was a hairline crack repaired on the top of the body that is structurally sound. You can check the extra photos in the listing of pictures of the cleats inside. The bridge also appears to have been re-glued and is structurally sound and holding tune. There is some light warping on the pickguard as well however it's well glued down and not lifting off the body.

Cosmetic Condition: Many scratches and dings present all over the instrument. Wear present on the back of the neck.

Case: Martin 5 Ply 12C515C Acoustic Geib Hardcase. ($389)
